Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with 2+ years in Production Control or Inventory/Materials roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production transactions to ensure accurate material consumption and timely recording.
• Investigate and resolve production reporting errors, variances, and consumption discrepancies.
• Validate system transactions against physical production and inventory movements.
• Ensure BOM integrity and inventory adjustments follow procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support production schedule execution with accurate reporting and transaction validation.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and improvements.
