Job summary

Nestlé Allentown is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Production Coordinator to manage material handling and inventory in a fast-paced pet care manufacturing environment.

You will ensure ingredient balances, collaborate with manufacturing, materials handling, QA and accounting teams, and drive accuracy across inventory systems. The role requires overseeing production orders, resolving discrepancies, coaching staff on inventory processes, and using SAP to streamline material flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience with materials, accounting, inventory or production systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production orders and inventory to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams.
• Review and correct production transactions to support accurate costing and efficiency.
• Coach and train team members on inventory processes and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot production floor issues related to inventory, materials, and system errors.
• Use SAP and other systems to identify and resolve inventory and material-handling issues.
• Partner with production management to address process failures and develop solutions.
