Job summary

bgfoods is seeking a Production Coordinator to administer support for operations management. You will help plan staffing, track KPI data, and assist in audits and audits. This role focuses on organizing daily workflows and coordinating cross-department projects.

The ideal candidate brings experience in production coordination or similar roles, solid Excel/Word skills, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining records, inventories, and downtime reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $72,500.00

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
