B&G Foods is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations, guide technicians, and coordinate preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and safety. You will partner with production to meet quality and efficiency targets.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead a team while communicating effectively across shifts. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support and coordinate daily maintenance operations while ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for guiding maintenance activities, assisting with troubleshooting and repairs, monitoring work quality, and helping reduce downtime through effective preventive maintenance. The position works closely with the maintenance team and production to ensure equipment and systems are maintained in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational needs, while also supporting continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Base Pay Range:
$27.01 - $45.01
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
