Job summary

JOB SUMMARY

The Production Installation Manager oversees the scheduling, coordination, and execution of installing products, equipment, or systems to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They lead installation teams, manage site logistics, ensure safety compliance, and act as a liaison between clients and production teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Project Management & Scheduling: Plan installation timelines, assign crews based on capacity, and ensure projects meet deadlines and financial targets.
• 2. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor installation technicians and crew leads, ensuring high performance.
• 3. Quality Control and Safety: Conduct site visits prior to manufacturing to audit installation layouts or assist Engineering with the development of revisions as needed.
• 4. Resource Coordination: Manage materials, tools, and logistical needs to ensure installation schedule and efficacy.

• 3. Must be able to lift and transport 50 lbs.
