Compensation

Core Responsibilities

• Construct and fabricate industrial hose units according to specific client requirements.
• Utilize specialized machinery to accurately measure, cut, and crimp hose materials.
• Ensure the safe and efficient use of all power tools, hand tools, and assembly machinery.
• Support the team by picking, packing, and labeling orders to ensure timely customer shipments.
• Help maintain high standards by accurately completing production logs and quality control paperwork.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments to keep our inventory records precise.
• Assist in the efficient organization and replenishment of warehouse stock levels.
• Input and monitor inventory data within our ERP software.
• Facilitate the movement of materials by loading, unloading, and staging goods throughout the facility.
• Promote a secure workplace by operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a responsible manner.
• Contribute to a tidy and hazard-free work environment for all staff.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Execute various general assembly and material handling tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Prior background in manufacturing, assembly, production, or general warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, mechanical assembly, or hose fabrication is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability and confidence when handling power and manual tools.
• Previous certification or hands-on experience with forklifts is preferred.
• A readiness to master our internal inventory and ERP software platforms.
• Fundamental computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.
• Help ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail.
• Consistent attendance and a dedicated, hardworking approach to your tasks.
• Ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
• Capacity to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds.
• Requirement to wear steel-toe boots while on the job.
