Corrugated Packaging Company in Springfield, MA is seeking production/warehouse workers for 2nd shift (3pm-1am, Mon-Fri). Training provided to operate converting machines; pay starts at $21.57/hr.

Warehouse/ Production Helper Responsibilities Include:

• We will train you to operate our converting machines to produce corrugated packaging. The world boxes!
• 
  You will learn to perform routine maintenance on the machine & adjust the machine settings to achieve the desired dimensions and quality of the corrugated products
• Inspect the corrugated products for defects and take corrective actions as needed
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met safely with quality products
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials
