Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Team Member to operate converting machines and produce corrugated packaging at our Springfield, MA facility. The role requires the ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime as needed.

You will maintain quality, follow safety procedures, and participate in routine maintenance. The position offers a starting pay of $22.07 per hour plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, pension, and paid time

Qualifications

• Must have a safety first mindset and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-speed, high-volume production lines preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
