ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Production Operator to join our team in South Bend, IN.

In this role, you will:

• Load and unload box trucks
• Sort, fold, separate and count received items
• Load, unload, and operate industrial‑sized washers and driers

This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.

2nd Shift Schedule:

1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday‑Friday. No weekends, no holidays.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for an 8‑hour shift)

A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety
