Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to hourly teams and assign tasks to meet production schedules.
• Document day-to-day activities and communicate with next-shift group leaders.
• Review rotation logs and coordinate with group leaders about daily assignments.
• Lead safety, quality, and housekeeping initiatives on the plant floor.
• Mentor and develop employees to improve performance and teamwork.
