Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and 5S housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts and prioritizes production schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Trains and orients new employees and communicates across shifts.
• Performs quality checks and solves production issues with maintenance.
• Maintains inventory records and safety documentation.
• Orders materials and coordinates with internal/external vendors.
