Purpose StatementThe Production Group Leader-Relief is responsible for supporting other areas and performance of the line in one of the following subareas: Bread Production, Bread Packing, Bagels, Danish, Donuts, Cake and Finishing Departments; ensures that the line is running safely and meeting all production targets (t-max, metal detectors, quality, yield, etc.). The Production Group Leader keeps production on schedule and handles changes and problems. The Production Group Leader also makes line decisions when the Team Leader is unavailable and backs up the production aspects of the Team Leader position for days off, vacations and illness.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
