Responsibilities

• Improve productivity, quality, and continuous improvement within the line.
• Identify and remove obstacles to standard work.
• Support daily production and escalate issues quickly.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and support quality initiatives to meet industry standards.
• Lead and coach operators in lean principles and the Polaris Production System.
