Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or 3–5 years' production supervision experience.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in manufacturing supervision.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, organizational skills and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support area of responsibility
• Direct work assignments per production schedule
• Coordinate with teams, other supervisors and departments daily
• Plan and organize production/assembly line activities to meet deadlines
• Monitor housekeeping and safety issues
• Ensure compliance with environmental, productivity, quality and HSE standards
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
• Prepare and adhere to department budget
• Enforce policies and disciplinary actions as needed
• Prepare production reports and take corrective actions when needed
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering needs
• Responsible for inventory analysis
• Order and purchase equipment or materials for production
