Charles Industries, An Amphenol Company seeks a Group Lead – Production to guide a production team in fabricating units and samples, and to assist the Shift Supervisor with line supervision. You will supervise daily activities to meet schedules, train staff on machinery, and drive safety and quality across the department.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Production Management to maintain processes, monitor KPIs, and address on-floor issues, including inventory control and occasional

Competenze

• Certification or degree in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience supervising a team in a production setting.
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs and perform quality checks.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related productivity tools.

Mansioni

• Supervise activities and employees to produce products on schedule.
• Provide training on safely using department machinery and controls.
• Conduct initial accident investigations and prepare required docs.
• Work with scheduling to determine the next process.
• Maintain top-level efficiency, utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Record production results and KPIs on the department board every 2 hours.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize production processes.
• Resolve floor issues through effective communication with Management.
• Maintain workflow and notify Production Manager when work is lacking.
• Responsible for inventory and accurate control/accountability.
• Occasionally operate forklift to move materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
