You will work with LLMs, STT/TTS, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring uptime, latency, and compliance while mentoring junior engineers and driving robust automation using tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years total experience with 4–5 years software development and 2–3 years Voice AI development.
• Proven production deployment of Voice AI systems.
• Strong Python or Node.js, REST API, and CRM integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready Voice AI agents for inbound/outbound calling.
• Develop conversational flows, prompts, and business logic.
• Integrate STT, TTS and LLM providers; optimize call quality and latency.
• Integrate Voice AI with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Design workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier; ensure monitoring and reliability.
