Newman Technology is Hiring! $250.00 sign‑on bonus!!

Our client, Newman Technology located in Albertville, AL, is in need of Auto Production Machine Operators for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity.

Pay Rate: $9.00–$10.30 per hour.

Company Profile: Newman Technology is a global company originating in Japan. Its North America Albertville facility is a Honda supplier that produces door sashes and exhaust components for Honda Manufacturing of Alabama in Lincoln, Alabama. The plant was opened in April 2012.

Compensation and Benefits

• Temporary‑to‑hire: Pay will be increased to $12.02 per hour for 1st shift and 50 cents per hour differential for 2nd shift if chosen for full‑time employment by Newman.
• Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield offered after 90 days of full‑time employment.
• Uniforms: Paid by Newman Technology.
• Plant shutdown time off: Company shuts down for two (2) weeks during Christmas and the week of July 4th.
• Additional company benefits to be discussed upon full‑time employment.

Dress Code

• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment testing.
