ManpowerGroup is representing a client in Hollywood, FL seeking a Production Forklift operator for the night shift to support safe, efficient movement of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role involves setting up equipment, operating manual and automated machinery, replenishing materials, inspecting runs, and reporting malfunctions. The position offers a 2-2-3 night schedule and opportunities to grow hands-on manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience with Forklift.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
• Clean and maintain equipment and the assigned area.
• Comfort working a 2-2-3 rotation on the 6:00PM - 6:30AM shift (SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT)

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare equipment and ensure production materials are available for the run
• Operate and monitor manual and automated equipment used in the production process
• Replenish materials as needed to keep production moving
• Visually inspect production runs and document results accurately
• Identify, determine, and report malfunctions to the appropriate parties

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Production Forklift operator night shift to join their team. As a Production Forklift operator night shift, you will be part of the production team supporting safe, efficient movement of materials and support of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, the ability to follow procedures consistently, and a dependable work ethic that aligns with a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Production Forklift operator night shift

Location: Hollywood, FL

Pay Range: $16/hr

Shift: 6:00PM - 6:30AM (2-2-3 schedule)

What's the Job?
