Manpower is hiring Forklift Operators / Material Handlers in Bristol, PA to support a cosmetics manufacturer. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 12:30am, weekly pay, and a stable full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will safely move materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with distribution activities while upholding safety and GMP standards. Candidates should be 18+, capable of lifting 50–60 pounds, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift or material handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsabilités

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions accurately.
• Pick, replenish, and transport materials to support production and shipping needs.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, GMP standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
• Support a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll help keep warehouse and production operations running smoothly by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily distribution activities.
