Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Forklift operator for the night shift in Hollywood, FL. The role involves supporting safe, efficient movement of materials and daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have forklift experience, be able to operate manufacturing equipment, and follow procedures with a strong safety mindset. Rotation is 2-2-3 on the 6:00PM–6:30AM shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Able to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Clean and maintain equipment and the assigned area.
• Comfort working a 2-2-3 rotation on the 6:00PM - 6:30AM shift (SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT)

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare equipment and ensure production materials are available for the run.
• Operate and monitor manual and automated equipment used in the production process.
• Replenish materials as needed to keep production moving.
• Visually inspect production runs and document results accurately.
• Identify, determine, and report malfunctions to the appropriate parties.
