Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Burleson, TX is seeking a hands-on Production Foreman for the 2nd shift to orchestrate the shop floor, align people and processes, and weld when needed to keep the schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Foreman or shop-floor supervisor experience required.
• Deep understanding of metal fabrication, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; AWS D1.1 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a fabrication crew to maintain an efficient, uninterrupted workflow.
• Fit and weld parts as needed to meet schedule.
• Set the tone for safety, quality, and productivity through example.
• Bridge communication across crew, management, and clients to meet goals.
