Job summary

ISC Manufacturing LLC in Burleson, TX is seeking a Production Foreman for the 2nd shift to lead a fabrication crew and maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will align people and processes, staying hands-on to fit and weld when needed.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with management and clients, and ensure compliance with regulations while driving continuous improvement and project success.

Qualifications

• Foreman or shop-floor supervisor experience.
• Deep understanding of metal fabrication processes, safety, and quality control.
• Strong leadership presence and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail orientation and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; added certifications welcomed.
• Current driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Preferred: ability to fit/weld and pass the AWS D1.1 weld test.
