Torrey Holistics in Burleson, TX is seeking a hands-on Production Foreman for the 2nd shift to orchestrate the shop floor, align people and processes, and weld when needed to keep the schedule on track.

This role demands strong leadership, blueprint proficiency, and a relentless commitment to safety, quality, and productivity, with daily coaching and tight communication across crew, management, and clients.

Qualifications

Foreman or shop-floor supervisor experience required.
Deep understanding of metal fabrication, safety, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; AWS D1.1 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a fabrication crew to maintain an efficient, uninterrupted workflow.
Fit and weld parts as needed to meet schedule.
Set the tone for safety, quality, and productivity through example.
Bridge communication across crew, management, and clients to meet goals.
Monitor progress, address issues, and keep projects on track.
Train, mentor, and inspire team members to improve continuously.
Assist with work planning and scheduling to align resources with deadlines.
Conduct frequent site and work checks to uphold quality standards.
