Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; security investigation may be required.
• High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• 0-5 years' experience in business or manufacturing environment.
• Shipping, Receiving and Inventory experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Move materials between stockroom, production areas, and finished goods
• Transfer completed boards to subsequent process steps
• Assist in closing work orders and maintaining records
• Daily on-site interaction with operations to validate material movement
• Partner with Purchasing to expedite and resolve material shortages
• Track and deliver shortage materials as they become available
• Pick and process small accessory orders
