Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Production Control Analyst in Maryland to ensure uninterrupted production flow through accurate material transactions and proactive movement. You will support daily factory operations by staging, issuing, and delivering parts in line with schedules.

The role requires strong knowledge of material flow, kitting, ERP systems, and data integrity, with 2–5 years’ experience and U.S. citizenship for DoD eligibility. This is a full-time on-site position in Hunt Valley, MD.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of material flow, kitting, and basic fabrication or assembly processes.
• Working knowledge of multilevel bill of materials and manufacturing routing structures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment; self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with planning, engineering, production, and warehouse teams.
• 2-5 Years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts reach installation points on time, in sequence and in correct quantity.
• Perform material transactions in ERP with traceability and alignment to work orders.
• Track shortages and coordinate with Planning, Production, and Warehouse to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain organized material locations, staging areas, and kitting zones.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing engineering, production, and warehouse teams.
• Provide daily updates on material readiness, shortages, and risks to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with traceability, Government Furnished Property, and FAR 52.245-1 standards.
