• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
• Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting and charting.
• Ability to multitask and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production leads to gather daily material needs and priorities.
• Investigate shortages, delays, and discrepancies impacting production.
• Work with planners to identify root causes of material issues.
• Expedite materials from warehouse to floor to minimize downtime.
• Navigate Excel sheets and ERP systems to track material status.
• Perform ERP transactions related to inventory and production support.
• Maintain documentation and provide admin support to operations teams.
• Communicate across warehouse, planning, and production teams.
