Job summary

Alleima in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements and optimize labor and equipment use in an on-site environment.

You will develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules using ERP/MRP data, coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and other teams, and monitor lead times and order status.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and scheduling processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems to analyze data and support decisions.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities to support customer requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules using ERP/MRP data and capacity information.
• Schedule production based on demand, stocking needs, and resource availability.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, variances, and risks to delivery.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Communicate lead times and schedule changes to stakeholders; maintain planning metrics.
