Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an Expediting Coordinator / Field Engineer to oversee production flow and supplier quality on manufacturing floors in New Jersey. You will monitor progress, analyze defects, and enforce RCCA with suppliers to ensure defect-free parts are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities include tracking production, collaborating across functions, and driving continuous improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Experience expediting and coordinating field engineering on manufacturing floors.
• Strong RCCA experience and Lean Six Sigma project involvement.
• Understanding of supply chain, quality oversight, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage production flow on the shop floor to meet targets.
• Investigate quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee machining, castings, forgings, NDT, and surface treatments.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM) to improve processes.
• Coordinate with shop floor, leadership, and vendors to drive milestones.
