• 4+ years lead/ supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Reduce production bottlenecks on the manufacturing line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learn all positions and fill in as needed.
• Identify part/resource shortages and provide solutions.
• Communicate situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers.
