Job summary

AGI is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to assist the Master Scheduler in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials across departments according to the production schedule. You will help review and distribute schedules, and confer with supervisors to determine progress and completion dates.

The role involves compiling reports on progress, inventory levels, costs, and production issues, along with supporting setup adjustments and providing on-call support in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory software or manufacturing environment.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials according to production schedule.
• Review and distribute production schedules; confer with supervisors on progress and completion dates.
• Compile reports on progress, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
• Perform daily analysis and reporting of production status; troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist with inventory processes and close work orders prior to counts.
• Revise production schedules due to changes and shortages, in coordination with management.
• Provide on-call support for production environment.
• Prepare documentation related to production and cost tracking.
