Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and filling in positions as needed. The role supports Lean manufacturing initiatives and coordinates with engineers and managers to implement solutions on the shop floor in the Anderson facility.

Responsibilities include learning all positions, addressing workflow issues, and ensuring efficient operation with long shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resource shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
