Job summary

INW: Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness is seeking a warehouse/production administrative associate to support operations with paperwork accuracy, daily production reporting, and KPI tracking. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure proper paperwork and timely processing of product documentation.

The role requires strong computer literacy, fluency in English, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of computers and office equipment.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English to perform essential functions.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Must be flexible and work well under pressure.
• Ability to manage basic arithmetic and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with multiple departments to obtain proper paperwork and/or product.
• Verify and close work orders (eBPRs), ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and meets quality standards.
• Completes various duties to set production up to be successful (daily production reports, pulls and submit samples to Lab, creates and prints labels, etc.).
• Compiles KPIs, reports, and other key production data to share score with the team.
• Coordinate training efforts to ensure paperwork is accurately completed by operations.
• Continuously looking for opportunities to improve current processes.
• Consistently supports Production Supervisor and Performance Leader in rallying the team to hit production metrics and goals.
• All other duties as assigned and needed.
