Job summary

IWCO Direct – INSTANT WEB, LLC in Minnesota seeks a Production Support Coordinator to oversee production workflows, assemble job packages, review documents, and maintain spreadsheets for operational visibility.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Content Development, and Client Services to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate production execution while supporting lean practices and quality control initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of industry experience; experience in Lettershop operations preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or quality control training is a plus.
• Safety training or participation in a safety team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track incoming production jobs.
• Assemble job packages, including tray tags, pallet placards, and other required materials.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update relevant spreadsheets and reports to support operational visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Content Development, and the Client Services team to resolve job-related issues.
• Archive completed production documents to support future research and reference.
• Remove outdated or incorrect documents from the production floor as needed.
• Order materials in alignment with the upcoming job schedule.
• Partner with Team Leads and Supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs.
• Familiarity with Foundation Monarch, Portal Applications, Work standards, and Job tickets.
