Job summary

Max-Aerostructures-LL is seeking a hands-on role to monitor and move aerospace parts through the production flow. You will track status, coordinate movements, and work with vendors to ensure timely processing.

The position supports Program Managers with status updates and maintains reports for leadership and customers. The ideal candidate will know ERP systems, be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds, and perform duties on the production floor with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating movement and tracking of parts through production flow.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Familiarity with ERP/production control systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, progress, and prioritize parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next operation.
• Coordinate the physical movement of parts throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management Coordinator to ensure timely processing and tracking at vendors.
• Gather status updates for action items with Program Managers and leaders.
• Develop and maintain reports highlighting needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal and customer use.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership as required.
• Support inventory tracking and weekly inventory purge actions.
• Assist with productivity development and work order management activities as needed.
• Support shipping and gathering of cert data required for shipment.
