Mission Critical Group (MCG) is seeking a Production Floor Manager to lead end-to-end production activities from metal shop to QC testing at our WCH5 site. Under the Plant Manager, you will drive daily operations, safety, and productivity improvements to meet operational goals.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership and 10+ years hands-on technical assembly, with strong ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Production Floor Manager serves as the operational anchor within the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of production activities—from the metal shop to final quality testing. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Floor Manager will lead daily operations, which will include the physical plant, and its human resources, driving process improvements and optimizing productivity to ensure we meet our operational objectives.
