Job summary

industriallouvers in Delano, MN seeks a Production Supervisor to maintain production standards related to quality, safety, maintenance and employee conduct on the shop floor, ensuring daily priorities are completed and downtime is minimized.

You will lead line crews, balance labor allocation, monitor quality control, coordinate with maintenance, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer specifications while enforcing Code of Conduct and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PVDF coatings and automated paint line experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to articulate project requirements.
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees follow all quality control procedures and document issues.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and weekly safety inspections are conducted.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and report issues to maintenance personnel and Production Manager.
• Assign labor resources to achieve daily priorities and minimize downtime.
• Monitor project requirements to meet customer specifications and optimize line efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback for training or disciplinary actions.
