Job summary

Industrial Louvers is seeking a Production Supervisor to maintain production standards and ensure daily priorities on the shop floor. You will drive quality, safety and equipment maintenance while coordinating labor to meet customer specifications.

You will review project requirements with leads, monitor labor costs, assist in hiring, and solve floor issues to keep production running smoothly and safely. Collaboration with HR for disciplinary actions and adherence to policies is expected.

Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent experience in a custom metals manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to articulate project requirements.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Ability to resolve conflict.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Aptitude for learning to use new software tools.

Responsibilities

• Quality: follow QC procedures, perform inspections, document quality issues.
• Safety: enforce safety procedures, conduct weekly inspections, coordinate with maintenance.
• Equipment / Maintenance: ensure planned maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Production: assign labor, review requirements against specs, monitor labor costs, support hiring.
• Employee Relations: enforce policies, approve timecards, performance feedback, coordinate with HR.
