Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a production supervisor or manager.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/operating procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision of production staff, including training, planning and assigning work.
• Ensures safe, efficient workflows and timely production through schedule adherence.
• Maintains equipment by coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitors production data and reports, identifying quality concerns and improvements.
• Leads weekly Production/Safety meetings and cross-shift communication.
• Operates forklift and participates in hands-on machine operations when needed.
