Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff, including training and performance management.
• Direct work flow, plan production schedules, and ensure on-time output.
• Monitor safety, quality, and process improvements on the floor.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment reliability.
• Conduct weekly Production/Safety meetings with staff.
• Communicate across shifts to prevent issues.
