Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations on the production floor, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of goods.

You will direct production activities, analyze requirements, and plan work schedules in collaboration with other supervisors. You will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing shift performance reports, and implementing improvements to methods, equipment, and product quality, while fostering teamwork and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education beneficial.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in a similar production environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production floor operations for efficiency.
• Direct production activities and plan work schedules based on requirements.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate inter-department operations.
• Maintain records of operations data including time, production, and costs.
• Prepare shift performance reports for departmental supervisors.
• Implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and quality.
