• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have completed GMPs and food safety programs training.
• Good mathematical skills and ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production floor activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching on responsibilities and safety guidelines.
• Assign workstations and manage shift breaks to maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and report outputs, downtime, and materials.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and HR to address issues and implement improvements.
