Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production or similar industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily production activities for efficiency.
• Analyze production documents to plan schedules and requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate inter-department operations.
• Maintain accurate records of operations data including time, production and costs.
• Prepare shift performance reports for departmental supervisors.
• Implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance and product quality.
• Request materials, tools, and repair services as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for shifts.
• Foster cooperative relationships with colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
