Job summary

You will train teammates, handle quality problems, and participate in safety initiatives. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and reading comprehension abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up production schedule board and coordinate workflow.
• Operate equipment when needed and access specifications on computer.
• Train and assist team members; participate in project teams.
• Assist with processing and quality issues and safety activities.
• Overtime and weekend coverage may be required to meet business needs.
• Escalate concerns to leadership and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5-S programs as needed.
