Job summary

Cérélia's Hazelwood, MO facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead line performance, safety, quality, delivery and cost on assigned production lines. This role drives standard work, builds team capability, and ensures disciplined daily execution on all shifts.

You will oversee shift startup, monitor run rates, address downtime, partner with maintenance, enforce GMP and EHS requirements, coach frontline staff, and report KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated by a major improvement project.
• Ability to interface effectively with plant personnel, contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems, KPI management, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Own shift performance across safety, quality, throughput, labor efficiency and waste.
• Lead daily shift startup, execution, and handoff for consistency across shifts.
• Monitor run rates, identify downtime, and escalate issues promptly.
• Drive adherence to standard work, SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards and packaging requirements.
• Partner with Maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and rapid issue response.
• Lead and develop front-line employees through coaching and clear expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting of shift performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FSQA, Maintenance and Warehouse.
