Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a Production Floor Crew Coordinator to lead a high-performing shift on the manufacturing floor. You will assign work, clear obstacles, and ensure runs meet targets while prioritizing safety and quality.

You will train and mentor crew members, translate schedules into staffing, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to keep product moving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or as a senior operator in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality requirements.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Independent, sound decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Verify quality checks and adherence to standard work at each step.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse to keep product moving.
• Report crew performance, issues, and opportunities clearly to leadership.
• Run shift start-up, hand-off, and communication routines.
• Support CI, problem-solving, and waste reduction efforts.
• Scan finished goods and complete all production documentation accurately.
• Maintain accurate records for attendance, training, metrics, quality, incidents, and corrective actions.

Must-haves
