Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Production Floater to assist in production operations and open box inspection processes. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with overtime as required.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is preferred. You will coordinate with the supervisor, assist with material handling, use hand trucks to move materials, perform line gluing when needed, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine daily job functions.
• Assist with material handling, assembly, packaging and inspections.
• Use hand trucks or buggies to move materials on the floor.
• Perform other duties such as gluing on a production line.
• Practice good safety techniques and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
