Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt company, is seeking a Production Floater to assist in production operations and open box inspection on a Monday–Friday schedule. This role supports the supervisor and helps ensure smooth daily operations.

The position runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime required. Responsibilities include coordinating with the supervisor, handling materials, assembly, packaging, and maintaining safety standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine daily job functions.
• Assist with material handling, assembly, packaging, inspections, and load/unload procedures.
• Move materials using hand trucks or buggies on the production floor.
• Perform other duties such as gluing on a production line.
• Practice good safety techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
