Staffmark Group is seeking a Production Floater in Montpelier, OH. The role involves loading/unloading parts, stocking machines, moving products, and keeping the floor safe. Two shifts are available: 1st shift 6 AM–2:30 PM and 2nd shift 2:30 PM–11 PM.

Pay rate ranges from $18.98 to $20.00 per hour with orientation on the first day for the 1st shift. This entry-level manufacturing position offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry level position available.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Casual dress code with closed toe shoes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into machines.
• All have a 2-hand operation.
• Pack and inspect parts.
• Could also work in assembly using small hand tools to assemble parts.
• Package parts.
