Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Production Floater to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in Idaho. You will rotate between stations, assisting with assembly, packaging, quality checks, machine operation, and material handling to maintain production and safety standards.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years in manufacturing or as a press operator, ability to read drawings, lift 50+ pounds, and follow PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Production Floater to support its manufacturing and warehouse operations. This individual will rotate between workstations and departments based on production needs, helping with assembly, packaging, quality checks, machine operation, material handling, equipment changeovers, and general production support. The Production Floater must be adaptable, safety-focused, and able to quickly learn multiple manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and production standards.

Skills and Requirements

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr
