The Manufacturing Floater is responsible for supporting production and material flow throughout the facility. This position serves as a versatile team member who assists the Materials Department, learns part identification and inventory processes, and receives cross‑training on CNC equipment and manufacturing operations. The Floater helps ensure materials are available to production areas, maintains organization within the facility, and provides support where needed to meet production demands.
This role is primarily focused on onsite manufacturing support and does not include driving responsibilities or packaging duties. The position is designed to develop a broad understanding of Masterbilt's products, processes, and equipment while building skills for future advancement opportunities within manufacturing.
